3.2 Prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
3.3 Payment must be made via the secure payment methods provided on our website. We accept RCS, Mobicred, Amex, PayPal, Capitec Pay, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, credit cards, EFT, etc.
3.4 Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of your order; we reserve the right to cancel or limit any order at our discretion.
4.1 We offer shipping to selected locations within South Africa. International shipping may be available upon request.
4.2 Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and depend on the delivery location and selected shipping method.

4.4 Ownership and risk of goods transfer to you upon delivery to your specified address.
5.1 We accept returns and exchanges for defective or incorrect items. To qualify, you must notify us within 48 Hours of receiving the product.
5.2 Non-returnable items include CPAP machines, oxygen masks, opened hygiene products, etc.
5.3 Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item in its original condition. Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
6.1 Our products may include a manufacturer’s warranty, which will be explicitly stated in the product description.
6.2 We are not liable for damages resulting from misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications of our products.
